This ID is your university ‘passport’, giving you access to UEL buildings, borrowing rights and printing facilities in our libraries and to confirm your attendance. You will be able to collect your ID card from The Hub in Docklands or Stratford once you receive the confirmation of purchase email, for opening hours click here. IMPORTANT: We will not be able to issue your replacement card unless you are a fully enrolled student. Please do not submit a payment for a replacement if you are not fully enrolled as this payment cannot be refunded. Please do not store your UEL ID card next to your Oyster card or mobile devices, as this may deactivate your card. Please note that your student card remains the property of UEL. It may be disabled and your access to buildings and other facilities denied if you fail to pay tuition fees/debts to UEL or breach other University regulations. Please note - NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE ON REPLACEMENT ID CARD PURCHASE EVEN IF THE PREVIOUS CARD IS FOUND.
