A replacement certificate can only be issued if the original is lost, destroyed, or damaged.
Please read this information carefully before applying for a replacement certificate. We cannot process a refund once a replacement certificate has been issued.
Please be aware that there should be only one valid certificate in circulation at any time. By paying for the replacement certificate, you have declared that your original certificate is lost, destroyed or damaged.
The replacement certificate will contain the same information as your original certificate, but it will be produced in the current format and may not, therefore, be an exact copy of the original.
Once payment has been made, kindly email the Student Hub at slhd@uel.ac.uk, including your student number, payment reference, postal address, and two copies of identification evidence displaying your name and address. Acceptable forms of identification include a bank statement, utility bills, a passport, a driver's license, or a letter from a solicitor, accountant, or Revenue & Customs.

If you would like to collect your replacement certificate in person, please go to the Student Hub Helpdesk at either Docklands or Stratford. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm.
