Description

For a one-off payment of £15 you can purchase the Alumni Network Passport card.

Upon purchase, you will be notified by the Alumni team once your passport card has been approved. Once approved, You will then be able to collect your passport card from either UEL Stratford or UEL Docklands campus reception between 9-5pm, Monday-Friday (please take a copy of your receipt as proof).

 

Please call ahead to make sure Reception are available to arrange collection from your chosen pick up point:

  • Stratford, 0208 223 4888

 

Opening times may vary outside of term time. To check opening hours before visiting you can call the customer services phone line on 020 8223 2000 and select option 4.

The team will aim to make your card on the same visit, however in some cases there may be a waiting period.

The Alumni Network Passport swipe card, offers the
following benefits:


‘Reader’ access to UEL’s libraries, as well as use of
the USS quite study area (Note: this does not include
use of IT facilities or access to dissertations/theses,
room bookings and short loan items. An additional
annual fee of £50 must be paid to UEL Library &
Learning Services if you wish to borrow books from
the libraries).

Alumni passport card holders are also able to access
wifi on their own computers/laptops/phones etc.
However are unable to log on to the computers on-site.

Discounted SportsDock membership rates, just
take your card with you to the SportsDock when
opening your new membership and you will
receive the discount. (Prices subject to change,

Access to the Students’ Union bars.

Access to the multi faith prayer room at
Docklands campus.

facilities to an individual if they are a debtor, if they
have been excluded from UEL, or for any other

Please also note that under the terms of the Act you

member of the UEL Alumni Network now but change

accordingly.
