DescriptionThe UEL Learning and Teaching Symposium is the university’s largest learning and teaching event of the year. Every January we invite renowned keynote speakers and presenters to discuss various aspects related to learning, teaching and assessment. This year we are extremely pleased to host Dr Carl Hendrick and Professor Sarah Jones as our keynote speakers. Dr Carl Hendrick’s keynote will be on how learning happens and how to use cognitive science to improve teaching, training and study. Professor Jones’ keynote will be about disruption and building a new model for Higher Education.
